  6.      Upon registration of one of our programs, you are entitled to 1 year of
  7. toll free phone support. (If you buy a limited registration, that is
  8. software only, no manual, you are entitled to 90 days of free support.

  10.      Upon registration of the program, you will recieve a coupon good
  11. for one additional free diskette upgrade. (You will pay a minimal, less than
  12. $5 postage/handling fee.) This certificate may be used anytime, for any
  13. upgrade.

  15.      Additionally, if you should discover a bug in the program, we will
  16. either fix the program or refund your money at our option as long as you
  17. have a currently supported version. If you do not have a currently supported
  18. version and you have had the program for longer than 1 year, we will charge
  19. you the current upgrade price for registered users. This would typically be
  20. from 20% to 50% of the list price depending upon whether the upgrade
  21. requires a new bound manual or not.
